The delivery of Goods covers the territory of the Republic of Poland, the European Union, and non-EU European countries. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Client when placing the Order.

The Client can choose the following delivery methods for the ordered Goods:

Via a courier company;

The Seller’s own transport;

Personal collection at the Seller’s pick-up point after providing a collection code;

Via a shipping company.

The Seller provides information on the product description page regarding the number of Business Days required for the completion and delivery of the Order, as well as the delivery costs.

The delivery and Order fulfillment time is counted in Business Days, in accordance with the Store’s Terms and Conditions (section VI, subsection 6).

The Seller will provide the Client with a proof of purchase.

If the Goods in the Order have different fulfillment times, the longest specified time applies to the entire Order.

In the case where the Client selects "personal collection at the Seller’s pick-up point after providing a collection code" as the delivery method, an SMS with an individual collection code will be sent to the phone number provided by the Client during registration. The collection code will also be included on the proforma invoice and VAT invoice sent to the Client. The purchased goods will only be released to a person who provides the correct collection code, and the Seller reserves the right to refuse to release the goods if the code is not provided or if an incorrect code is given.
