TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “PLUS WARRANTY” PROGRAM
§1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules of operation of the “Plus Warranty” program (hereinafter: the Program), offered by: 7SUN Paweł Sternal ul. Wojska Polskiego 8 41-208 Sosnowiec NIP: 644-325-86-02 REGON: 384626742 hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor.
The Plus Warranty Program constitutes an extended form of protection for equipment purchased from the Guarantor and is intended to provide Clients and investors with enhanced security, faster service handling, and operational continuity of photovoltaic installations.
The Program covers only inverters up to 20 kW and energy storage units up to 10 kWh purchased from the Guarantor from October 17, 2025, provided that the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions are met.
Participation in the Program is automatic upon the purchase of the device referred to in paragraph 3, provided that the invoice includes the item “Plus Warranty.”
§2. Scope of Protection
The Plus Warranty Program provides:
A replacement guarantee – replacement of the device (inverter or energy storage unit) with new equipment if the defect cannot be resolved remotely within 7 daysof reporting the issue.
The replacement device is supplied from the Guarantor’s available warehouse stock.\If an identical model is not available, the Guarantor may – after prior consultation with the Client – provide a device with no inferior technical parameters.
If the Client does not agree to a replacement with a different model, the Guarantor may provide a temporary replacement device for the duration of the repair.
Transfer of warranty rights – the possibility to transfer the rights arising from the Program to the end investor, including cases where the installer’s business is terminated or suspended.
Additional reinsurance protection provided directly by the Guarantor, acting as an internal guarantor independent of the device manufacturer.
The protection under the Program is intended to safeguard the investor’s interests in the event of unforeseen circumstances, particularly those related to the unavailability of the manufacturer’s service or the cessation of the installer’s business.
§3. Conditions of Participation
The Program covers only devices that:
are purchased at the price applicable on the Guarantor’s sales platform (without additional price negotiations),
have the item “Plus Warranty” clearly indicated on the sales invoice,
meet the technical requirements specified in §1 paragraph 3.
Replacement or repair under the Program is possible only upon a service request made in any form (by e-mail, phone, or in writing) containing:
In the event of a device replacement or return, the Client is obliged to send the device in its original packaging, complete with all accessories.
The Plus Warranty protection covers a period of:
24 months from the date of device sale,
with an additional 2 months allocated for installation at the investor’s site. Protection begins on the date of installation commissioning but no later than 2 months from the date of sale. Proof of the device’s commissioning is the installation acceptance protocol or registered activation in the manufacturer’s monitoring system via the application.
§4. Implementation Procedure
Upon receipt of the report, the Guarantor performs a preliminary verification and attempts to resolve the problem remotely.
If the defect is not resolved within 7 days from the date of reporting, the Guarantor initiates the device replacement procedure.
The replacement device will be delivered from the Guarantor’s current warehouse stock, and the defective device must be returned within 7 days of receiving the new equipment.
If the device does not qualify for replacement (e.g., mechanical damage caused by the user), the Guarantor reserves the right to charge the Client for transport and inspection costs.
§5. Exclusions of Liability
The Plus Warranty Program does not cover:
damage resulting from improper installation, use inconsistent with the manual, or interference by unauthorized persons,
mechanical damage, flooding, power surges, or other random events unrelated to a device defect,
costs of dismantling and reinstallation of the device at the installation site,
devices whose serial number has been removed, altered, or is illegible.
The Program does not constitute an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty but a separate service provided by the Guarantor under its own reinsurance system.
§6. Personal Data Protection Provisions (GDPR)
The personal data controller of the Program participants is 7SUN Paweł Sternal, ul. Wojska Polskiego 8, 41-208 Sosnowiec.
Personal data are processed for the purposes of:
handling service requests and providing warranty services under the Program,
contacting the Client in connection with warranty support,
fulfilling legal and accounting obligations arising from business operations.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR – performance of a contract and the legal obligation of the controller.
Data may be shared with entities cooperating with the Guarantor in providing service or logistics support, to the extent necessary for service delivery.
Data will be stored for the period necessary to carry out the Program and for the duration required by accounting regulations and limitation of claims.
Each person has the right to access their data, rectify them, restrict processing, transfer, and request deletion of data in cases provided by law.

The Program participant has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
§7. Final Provisions
The Plus Warranty Program is valid within the territory of the European Union, particularly within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Participation in the Program does not require separate registration – the condition is compliance with the requirements specified in §3.
The Guarantor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, provided that the changes do not affect the rights of Clients who made a purchase prior to their introduction.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
All disputes arising from the implementation of the Program shall be resolved by the courts competent for the Guarantor’s registered office.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on October 17, 2025.
