Inverter – GOODWE – GW50K-ET-10 – hybrid – HV
Product details
ET50
GoodWe’s ET50 is a series of three-phase hybrid inverters for commercial and industrial energy storage systems. Intelligent operating modes support self-consumption, peak shaving, time-of-use tariffs, and grid support. Parallel connection capability allows the expansion of on-grid and off-grid installations.
Key benefits of ET50
- Rated output power of 40–50 kW and 3–4 MPPT systems — depending on the model; the MPPT operating voltage range is 165–850 V.
- Compatibility with lithium-ion batteries with a voltage of 200–800 V and a maximum continuous charging and discharging current of 100 A.
- Maximum efficiency 98.1% and European efficiency of 97.5%.
- Backup power with UPS-level switching — this function requires an additional STS box.
- Parallel connection enabling system expansion in both grid-connected and off-grid installations.
- IP66 protection rating and integrated safeguards, including AC and DC overcurrent protection, DC reverse polarity protection, and type II surge arresters on the AC and DC sides.
Who is this a good choice for?
ET50 is designed for businesses and industrial facilities looking to increase energy self-consumption, reduce peak power demand and take advantage of time-of-use tariffs. It is also a solution for businesses planning to expand energy storage through parallel connection or requiring backup power with the addition of an STS box.

The backup circuit requires an additional STS box. The output voltage range refers to the phase voltage. At input voltages above 980 V, the inverter enters standby mode and resumes operation below 970 V. For most PV modules, the maximum input power can reach 2 × Pn. The MPPT counts and current values per MPPT have been retained as listed in the source table.
