Pylontech cable set for the US 48 V series

The Pylontech cable set is designed to safely connect US series low-voltage energy storage systems to a compatible inverter or DC distribution board. Original connectors ensure a secure connection, correct polarity and low energy losses during battery charging and discharging.

Key features of the set:

• Compatibility with Pylontech US series low-voltage batteries, including US2000, US2000C, US3000, US3000C and US5000.
• Two 2 m power cables: a positive cable in orange and a negative cable in black.
• Power cable cross-section of 25 mm² (AWG 4), allowing currents of up to 100 A during continuous operation and up to 120 A for short periods.
• Original Amphenol quick connectors on the battery side and M8 ring terminals on the inverter or DC distribution board side.
• RJ45 communication cable enabling data exchange between the battery’s BMS and a compatible inverter.
• A ready-to-use Plug & Play kit that makes it easy to create a neat and reliable energy storage connection.

• 1 × positive cable 2 m, 25 mm², Amphenol – M8 ring terminal,
• 1 × negative cable 2 m, 25 mm², Amphenol – M8 ring terminal,
• 1 × RJ45 communication cable.

The kit is intended for installers and users of Pylontech energy storage systems who need a complete connection between the battery and the inverter. It is suitable for both new installations and expansions of existing systems with US series batteries.

Note: the kit is used to connect a battery stack to an inverter or DC distribution board. It does not replace the short parallel cables used between individual battery modules. Before connecting the communication cable, check the required pinout in the inverter manual.
