1. The delivery of Goods covers the territory of the Republic of Poland, the European Union, and European countries outside the European Union. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the Order.
  2. The Customer may choose the following delivery methods for the ordered Goods:
    • via a courier company;
    • Seller’s own transport;
    • personal collection at the Seller’s collection point upon providing the collection code;
    • via a freight forwarding company.
  3. The Seller provides the Customer with proof of purchase.
  4. If the Goods included in the Order have different processing times, the longest processing time among them applies to the entire Order.
  5. If the Customer selects “personal collection at the Seller’s collection point upon providing the collection code” as the delivery method, an SMS containing a unique collection code will be sent to the phone number provided by the Customer during registration. The relevant collection code will also be included in the proforma invoice and VAT invoice sent to the Customer. The collection and release of the purchased Goods by the Seller are only possible for the person presenting the correct collection code. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to release the purchased Goods if the collection code is not provided or is incorrect.
