1. The prices of Goods are quoted in Euro (EUR) and include all components, including VAT, customs duties, and other charges.
  2. The Customer may choose the following payment methods:
    • Bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account (in this case, Order processing begins after the Seller sends an Order confirmation to the Customer, and shipment is made immediately after the funds are credited to the Seller’s bank account and the Order is completed);
    • Cash on personal collection – payment at the Seller’s personal collection point (in this case, the Order is processed immediately after the Seller sends an Order confirmation to the Customer, and the Goods are released at the Seller’s collection point).
  3. The Seller may also offer Business Customers a deferred payment method, referred to as “Trade Credit.” In this case, Order processing begins after the Seller sends an Order confirmation to the Business Customer, and shipment is made immediately after the Order is completed. The payment deadline is individually agreed upon with the Business Customer and may not exceed 30 days.
  4. The decision to grant Trade Credit and its terms, particularly the maximum amount and payment deadline, is determined individually by the Seller for each Customer.
  5. To access the trade credit option, the Customer must be logged into their user account. If the Customer does not yet have an account, they should first register on the platform. After logging in, go to the “My Account” section, then select the “Trade Credit” tab and complete the application form provided there.
  6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse Trade Credit to the Customer or to change its amount at any time without providing a reason. This provision does not apply to Sales Agreements concluded before the change in the Trade Credit amount. Information about the refusal of Trade Credit or a change in its amount will be communicated by the Seller via email to the Customer’s address provided during contact with the Sales Representative.
  7. The Seller informs the Customer on the Store’s website about the payment deadline for the Order. If the Customer fails to make the payment within the specified deadline, the Seller, after issuing a prior ineffective payment request with an appropriate deadline, may withdraw from the Agreement in accordance with applicable European commercial regulations governing contract performance and default payment procedures.
