BluePulse

BluePulse by KSTAR is a series of energy storage systems with LFP batteries and hybrid inverters, designed to work with DC- or AC-coupled photovoltaics. It supports self-consumption, shifting energy usage to off-peak hours, time-of-use tariff management, and backup power. Integrated BMS and EMS systems and cloud-based control enable energy management and round-the-clock monitoring.

• Energy storage using LFP technology: total capacity of 197.12–215.04 kWh depending on the variant, cells with a capacity of 280 Ah and a depth of discharge of 95%.
• Rated AC power 20–50 kW: available both during grid-connected operation and at the backup output, depending on the inverter variant.
• Grid/island switching in 10 ms: integrated STS system; the specified time applies to operation with one PCS converter and a purely resistive load.
• Parallel operation: support for up to 20 PCS units in grid-connected mode and 10 units in a system with grid-connected and off-grid operation.
• Battery cabinet safety equipment: carbon monoxide detection, audible and visual alarm, exhaust fan, explosion relief window, inlet valve and connection for supplying firefighting water.
• Battery cabinet for outdoor installation: IP54 protection rating, C4 corrosion protection class, air conditioning cooling and operating temperature from −30 to +50°C.
