Lynx D G2
Lynx D G2 is a modular high-voltage energy storage system using LFP (LiFePO₄) batteries, designed for self-consumption, price arbitrage and off-grid operation. It works with single- and three-phase ESA series integrated systems and the GoodWe hybrid inverters listed in the product datasheet. The ability to add modules and combine units of different capacities allows the configuration to be tailored to the user’s needs.
Key benefits of Lynx D G2
- Scalable capacity: the nominal energy of a single module is 5.12–9.0 kWh; depending on module capacity, the system can include up to 12 units and reach up to 108 kWh.
- Expansion at any time: the ability to add new modules to an existing system and mix modules of different capacities.
- Integrated management: each module has a BMS battery management system and a DC/DC converter; remote updates and diagnostics are available.
- Charging and discharging: the rate is 0.5C for the 6 and 9 kWh modules and 1C for the 5 and 8 kWh modules.
- Protection and temperature control: IP66 ingress protection rating, thermal-electrical separation, an aerosol fire suppression system, and heating and cooling ensuring operation from -20 to 55°C.
- Service life of up to 10,000 cycles: value based on test data obtained under specific laboratory conditions.
Who is this a good choice for?
Lynx D G2 meets the needs of users who want to store energy for self-consumption, take advantage of price arbitrage or power an off-grid system. It is also an option for owners of compatible ESA systems and GoodWe hybrid inverters who need energy storage with the option of future expansion and capacity adjustment by combining modules.
